So thankful

you are here!

The thing that I care most about, even more than the images I make, is the relationship that we have. You and I. We don’t know each other yet and I realise that it’s forward of me to think we could be friends. And yet, that is exactly what I hope for. Every single time.

Ask my partner, who sometimes even feels a tad jealous about my excitement before a client meeting! I feel giddy, because I am going to meet another soul, another beautiful human who has lived their inspiring life thus far and I have the opportunity to be a part of that experience, for a moment, or maybe more. Every time I meet a client, I have a deep seeded hope that we will become the best of friends.

Too much? Perhaps, and I’m ok with that not always being the case, but one thing I can promise is that during our time together, you will be a rare and exquisite gift to me. That is how I work. I do everything with that thought in mind, you aren’t a contract to me, you are you. And that makes all the difference, as Robert Frost might have said!
